Who will I have the contract with?

With Casana. First, you will have a general contract with us and every time you get a project, you will get a new specific contract.

How are payments done?

We take care of that. We manage invoices according to the rates agreed with the customer at the beginning of the project. When the project is finished, you will send us an invoice and we will initiate the payment. With us as a reliable partner, you can be sure you are not bearing any risk.

How are projects assigned? Can I choose my projects?

We want to ensure the best possible service. During your onboarding and periodically through customers’ feedback, we update your strengths and what kind of job you like most. Doing so, we can identify the best candidates in our talent pool when we examine new projects. The final choice is always up to you and you can tell us if you are interested in the project.

Can I keep working on my own projects after joining Casana?

Sure. You can keep on working on your own while enjoying the benefits of being part of Casana’s community.

How is my working schedule determined?

You decide it. You can tell us when you are available and we assign you to a project appropriately.
