Mismatch between CI and value proposition
Selina Finance's initial online presence and corporate identity were soon out of sync with the evolving business model and product offering - making it difficult to convert potential borrowers via its own online channels.
Determining the values Selina Finance stands for
The requirement of the new digital identity was to embody the values and mission of the trustworthy and solid financial company and at the same time unite it with the disruptive digital business model. The core elements for the new design and logo were defined in an interactive workshop of our designer with the Selina Finance team.

A style that fits perfectly

The design ideas resulting from the joint brand workshop, which were individually adapted to Selina Finance, were developed in several steps into a style guide, which then served as the basis for the design of web and app interfaces.

The new logo and design reflect the brand values of Selina Finance – solidity and trustworthiness as a financial partner.

Features such as „get my rate“, a non-binding estimate of the credit limit, also lead to a reduction in the bounce rate and a higher rate of contracts being signed.
